Spanning the last week of July, seven progressive Malaysian companies which are Demeter Sdn Bhd, Green Insights Sdn Bhd, GSIB Engineering Sdn Bhd, GSIB Sdn Bhd, Meccilect Sdn Bhd, Metro Facilities Sdn Bhd, and RCA Sdn Bhd came together for more than just a program. It was a strategic turning point designed to shift mindsets, ignite purposeful action, and unlock ESG’s full business potential through a symbiotic, mutually beneficial approach.
Spanning industries from construction, engineering, and facilities management to green technology, manufacturing, and oil & gas services, these companies prove that sustainability is not just about operational improvements, it’s about enhancing lifestyles, protecting natural resources, and building future-ready brands.
Neoaktif’s Immersive ESG Navigation Week marked the first chapter of a scalable, professional one-year ESG journey tailored for each company. Aligned with GRI Standards, SDGs, sustainable strategy, and green economy principles, the initiative distills ESG into a simplified, hands-on, and adaptable framework for real-world impact.
The week emphasized how ESG can:
• Fortify business foundations and operational resilience
• Elevate brand reputation and market trust
• Create compelling narratives for customers, investors, and the public
• Apply risk analysis and mitigation to protect against operational, reputational, and market vulnerabilities
• Drive natural carbon sequestration and energy efficiency as decarbonization strategies
• Align decision-making with the triple bottom line
• Connect business actions to the global green economy and Malaysia’s national sustainability agenda
By the end, participants were energized, confident, and equipped with a clear, “doable” pathway to holistic ESG practice. As part of the Neoaktif ESG Community, they now stand as prime movers in a collective ESG journey demonstrating that when leadership, staff, and partners unite, sustainability becomes a powerful force shaping Malaysia’s future.
